Built around clients. Guided by practitioners. We bring together outstanding practitioners, united by one goal: delivering exceptional outcomes and an experience that puts people first.
Skingevity is a London-based UK medical aesthetics group that brings together leading clinics under a shared commitment to clinical excellence, governance and patient trust.
Founded by Andrea Agnolio and Enrico Ghio, Skingevity partners with leading doctors and established clinics that share the highest standards of safety, education and clinical outcomes. Each clinic continues to operate under its existing name, leadership and clinical approach, preserving clinical independence and continuity of care for patients.
Skingevity provides the infrastructure, governance and operational backbone that supports practitioners in their day-to-day operations, enabling them to focus fully on delivering high-quality patient care. In an increasingly complex and regulated sector (E.g. VAT regime, injector qualifications, changing consumer behaviors, etc.), Skingevity combines the personalised experience of boutique clinics with the reassurance, consistency and long-term value of a professionally governed medical aesthetics group

Skingevity was founded by Andrea Agnolio and Enrico Ghio, who bring complementary expertise across healthcare strategy, operations and corporate finance.
Andrea Agnolio, Co-CEO and Chief Operating Officer, has over a decade of experience in consumer healthcare consulting. Formerly a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group, he advised global medical aesthetics and healthcare brands on strategy, operational excellence and value creation.
Enrico Ghio, Co-CEO and Chief Financial Officer, has extensive experience in corporate finance and strategic transactions across healthcare and consumer sectors. Previously an Executive Director in the M&A Investment Banking team at Goldman Sachs, he advised on complex transactions including mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and debt financings.
Together, they founded Skingevity to combine clinical excellence with institutional discipline, creating a long-term platform built on governance, trust and sustainable growth.

Skingevity began long before its formal launch.
Andrea and Enrico first met in the United States during their MBA at Chicago Booth. What started as a friendship quickly evolved into a shared interest in entrepreneurship. During their studies, including an entrepreneurship course led by renowned economist Luigi Zingales, they often discussed the ambition of one day building something of their own.
After graduation, their careers took them to different places. Andrea joined The Boston Consulting Group in New York, advising global healthcare and medical aesthetics brands on strategy and operational excellence. Enrico moved to London, building his career at Goldman Sachs in the M&A Investment Banking team, specialising in complex strategic transactions. Although their professional paths diverged, the entrepreneurial conversations never stopped. Years later, at a friend’s wedding in Spain, those conversations crystallised into a clear opportunity. They began discussing the medical aesthetics sector, a fast-growing but increasingly complex and fragmented industry. They saw the need for stronger governance, higher standards and long-term thinking in a space that was becoming more regulated and demanding greater accountability.
What began as an idea developed over months of planning, research and strategic refinement. Eventually, both made the decision to leave their respective careers to build something designed for the long term. From the outset, they took a deliberate approach to building the group. Capital was raised from a select group of experienced private investors who backed both the founders and the long-term vision, bringing strategic insight and active involvement alongside capital. This ensured that growth would be measured, responsible and built on strong foundations.
Skingevity launched with the acquisition of three leading UK clinics, each recognised for clinical excellence and strong patient relationships. From day one, the objective was clear: preserve clinical independence, support outstanding doctors with robust operational infrastructure, and create a professionally governed platform built on trust. Today, Skingevity represents that vision, combining entrepreneurial conviction with institutional discipline to shape a new benchmark for medical aesthetics in the UK.
